Major engine refresh just done!
Original engine failed late last year. Replaced in April 2025 at Dan Hansen Auto Repair (Langley) with a certified used donor engine (only 106,000 km on the donor at time of install). Installed at 230,073 km — truck now has 250,269 km total, so the engine has less than 20k km on it. Full detailed invoice and all paperwork available. Runs strong with no issues.
Full stack of service records and regular oil changes — very well maintained.
Clean interior and exterior (see photos). Rear seats usable.
Added bed/utility rack for ladders, tools, or cargo — great for work.
Only minor issues (honest disclosure):
All 4 tire pressure monitoring sensors (TPMS) need replacing (common on these trucks, easy/cheap fix at any tire shop).
Occasional low rumble from exhaust flex pipe (noted during the engine work — not urgent but can be addressed if you want).
This truck was my daily/work rig until my job provided a vehicle. It’s ready to go and has tons of life left thanks to the recent engine investment (over $9k into it). Great MPG for a truck, comfortable, and tough.
