One owner, garage kept, no smokers or pets with sunroof (no leaks!) and roof rack from Rack Attack. No damage to exterior. Well serviced, mostly at the Nissan dealership and driven gently. 2 year old Michelin all season tires , fresh oil change last week, android auto stereo system with navigation screen, motor mounts, shocks, and struts replaced in 2024. Lots of wear left on rear drum and front disc brakes. Dash cam and USB port are also included. This vehicle does NOT have the troublesome CVT transmission and runs well, but there is a rattle under the hood. A mechanic said that it's possible that it needs a timing chain tensioner, hence the low price point. This would be a great car for someone handy to buy, fix, and flip!
