NEW PRICE 2500$! Was asking over 3500 this past week but noticed the clutch was being wonky, it shifts great still, gears all catch, clutch pedal is good but on a major giant hills and when I stepped on it to get through a light, it slightly slipped, but drives good in normal conditions. I've had one go bad on me ten years ago, and it lasted me a year with slight slipping until I had to replace it, only cost 700 bucks then, for a brand new clutch and labor. They are 99 bucks on Amazon right now with free shipping, 3 to 4 hours labor via mobile or regular mechanic, and for less then 700 bucks you get a brand new clutch in 2025 as well.
I got a very good condition Toyota Corolla, with the interior in very good condition, and the mechanical seemingly in great condition as of right now with no issues and the body in pretty goodish condition, no major damage or accidents, no major rust, dents or major mechanical issues. 2 owner car, been a family car for our kids, drives smooth, lots of highway driving.
PRO'S - Synthetic oil and always early oil changes, New Tires and hubcaps with about 85% tread or more left, as well got 3 of the 4 old toyota stock hubcaps you can take. Mass Air Flow Sensor just cleaned, Clutch pressure switch just replaced.
New Battery 10 months old ish, radiator just over a year old with the spark plugs done same time. Got tons of receipts, always fixed at a dealer and reputable dealer. Brakes are perfect. Great on Gas. Interior is very good condition, just a couple scratches, Mechanical in great condition no leaks, quiet engine no issues, open up the hood, it's quiet, clean, an engine bay cleaning and this engine and engine bay look new again. These engines go 400,000+ with proper care and good driving, look at the reviews for this amazing year.
CONS - Body in ok shape, no major damage though, just lots of wear, if your into DYI you could color match paint a couple bumper and hood spots and the car would be completely renewed. Rear passenger door stopped locking needs a new lock on it or something. Also a crack by the windshield wipers, not in the vision of the driver or passenger, on the bottom of the windshield, was going to put a tint sun screen to cover it, but it's too close to the wipers to hide, its been there for years, one of those annoying things. The drivers floor mat has a hole in it as well, other mats are great condition.
