About the Role
Assist customers with service/repair issues, discusses product with customers to determine product problems and service requirements.
Answers questions regarding product installation and operation.
Correctly and fully completes repair tags for all product lines, verifies proper paperwork, and documents items included with unit. Offers estimate of work to be done if applicable.
Contacts customers regarding status of repair; solicits additional information if needed, and provides work estimates.
Contacts customers when item is repaired.
Educates customer to prevent similar problems, if applicable
Preparation for A+ (PC) or Associate level of the Certified Electronics Technician exam, if applicable.
Learns more advanced repairs under supervisioin of lead or qualified technician if applicable.
