Hoping for help with RV electrical and plumbing (Valley)

I'm new to the "motorhomeless" crowd as of about six weeks ago and I need to do some modifications to my camper to make it more liveable for myself and my two dogs. I'm not a drug user (not that there's anything wrong with that, but I'm in recovery a long time), so I've been staying away from the rest areas etc. I work full-time remotely.

The plumbing task is started but I'm at a loss as to what parts I need to finish it. Same with the electrical, I have bought some upgrades but I'm realizing I have no idea how to install them (i.e an inverter-charger to replace the aged converter) and I'd rather not fry my batteries or myself trying to wing it.

I can pay a little for your time if that sweetens the pot but not shop rates at this time. We ended up out here after being "landlord's use'd" twice and then having the land we were renting on sold (3 moves in three years). I just gave up looking for a new place to live with two dogs. It is what it is.

Anyway thanks for reading and take care.
