*RARE* 1970s Era Official RCMP Issue Female Duty Purse & Cuffs - $1,234 (Langley Township)

I am looking to find someone who knows and appreciates how truly historically significant and unique this item is.
The bag comes from a time when female RCMP officers where very few and far between.
More so, the short time period in which female officers were required to wear skirts, heels, and carry purses to pack their duty weapons and handcuffs in, rather than wearing duty belts like their male counterparts.
The rarity of female officers back then and the short time period in which they were required to wear these items, makes them VERY RARE and valued by collectors.
Also have the official issue Smith & Wesson handcuffs with original key.
All provenance is available and I have access to the documentation to connect the item to their original owner. An outstanding woman who served Vancouver and the surrounding areas as a respected RCMP Officer for over 25 years.
