What You’ll Do
Project Management: Lead the end-to-end logistics of setting up auctions, ensuring a "quick process" is executed without sacrificing safety.
On-Site Leadership: Supervise and motivate a small team, delegating tasks from physical labor to data entry.
Hands-on Operations: Load/unload equipment, organize inventory, and manage warehouse flow (forklift operation required).
Customer & Client Relations: Act as a key point of contact on-site, providing professional customer service and resolving issues with ingenuity.
Data & Documentation: Use your strong computer skills to handle data entry, inventory tracking, and project reporting.
Travel: Join us on the road! This position requires regular travel throughout BC to manage various project sites.
What You Bring
Experience: Minimum 5 years in a warehouse environment with at least 2 years in a management or lead hand role.
Certification: Valid Forklift Ticket is mandatory.
Tech Savvy: Strong computer skills (Excel, inventory software, and general digital literacy).
Adaptability: You have the "ingenuity" to solve problems on the fly and the "patience" to handle a bustling, ever-changing environment.
Physical Stamina: You have high energy and are comfortable with the physical demands of a busy warehouse and site setup.
Driver’s License: A clean driving record and a willingness to travel.
