Who are we looking for?
Someone fit and active that’s used to cabin life.
An individual who possesses good gardening/landscaping skills, some carpentry, and have the working knowledge to produce healthy food to share.
When we are away we require participation in taking care of animals and gardens on the property.
This is at the end of a dead end road.
There are miles of walking trails, and a pond or 2 nearby up the mountain for the nature enthusiast.
It has a good size kitchen,with propane stove, and lots of cabinets.
Electricity included. Tenant contracts his/her own internet provider.
Common area shared washer /dryer
Because there is 2 cabins there will be more than one of you.
There are large dogs on this property so our tenant must be someone who likes dogs.
There are 2 miniature goats that need to be fed when we are away (shared responsibility of all tenants, some of which are our grown children)
We do not want more dogs in this property but cats will be considered with deposit.
Absolutely no smokers. Smoking outside is not an option, it never works.
No parties, no drugs of any kind.
Looking for a quiet, health oriented person, who is awakened. We lean toward community style living, where helping and supporting one another is a way of life.
Open and direct communication is a must, we believe that most every problem has a solution that works for all involved persons.
