The kitchen boasts a all stainless appliances, gas cooktop/dishwasher, french door fridge, living room has a gas fireplace and the bathroom is a 5 piece (separate shower and tub), separate laundry room with full size appliances, gas stove and parking for 2 perhaps 3 vehicles. Would suit a couple or small family of 3-4 (total) or a small group of polite students or workers perhaps. We are in a country setting but only 10 minutes drive to downtown. Must have excellent references and we are looking for tidy and respectful renters. 1 year term preferred but may consider 8 months. There is a enclosed private yard *(must maintain yard and cut grass and participate in snow clearing of stairs and parking area) and covered deck. Prefer no pets but may consider 1 small non barkey, well trained smaller dog sorry no cats as the Owner is allergic. Must pay a separate pet deposit.
