Would suit a couple or a small family of 3-4 maximum occupants or a group of polite students or workers perhaps. We are in a country setting but only 10 minutes drive to downtown. Must have excellent references and we are looking for tidy and respectful renters. 1 year term. There is a enclosed private yard and covered deck. Renters must maintain yard and cut grass and participate in snow shovelling on deck, stairs and parking area associated with Coach house. Prefer no pets may consider 1 non barkey small to medium sized well behaved smaller non barkey dog sorry no cats as the Owner is allergic. Must pay a separate pet deposit.
