Inside is a huge living, dining area open to the kitchen, which has fridge and stove, double sinks but no dishwasher, sorry. One of the bedrooms is off the kitchen and the other is at the opposite end of the living space. The 4-piece washroom is clean and has a deep tub and glass shower doors. The laundry is down this direction as well. The bedrooms both have nice carpet and big closets.
What is so great about this suite is that the upstairs is Owner occupied and will be very respectful quiet neighbors. The yard is hardly used by them and so the space will be quite a private space to enjoy.
