The suite was newly built recently and has only had one tenant since it was finished. It has large screened windows that bring in lots of natural light, plenty of storage space, and a small covered outdoor area to enjoy.
Features include:
* Shared laundry
* Central A/C
* Clean, well-maintained property
* Owners live upstairs and are friendly, respectful landlords who value a good relationship with the tenant
* Parking for a maximum of 1 vehicle- there is no street parking available (tight culdasac) besides a street 200 meters away, no exceptions unfortunately
* shared utilities- percentage depends on wether 1 or 2 people living in the suite
Note- not suitable for a dog as there is only a small designated patio included with no grass. Cats ok!
We’re hoping to find someone who’s a good fit for the home, so before booking showings we may ask a few questions back and forth just to make sure it makes sense for everyone and no one’s time is wasted.
