The main cabin is available unfurnished for $2,500 per month, or furnished for $2,650 per month. You can also rent the main cabin plus the separate tiny home for $3,200 per month. The tiny home is not furnished.
The main cabin includes 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a full kitchen, cozy living area, high-speed internet, laundry, wood stove, mountain and valley views, and access to outdoor space. The cabin also has a large deck, BBQ area, outdoor fire pit, covered parking, and yard space.
The layout works well for a family, a couple wanting extra space, or someone who works from home and wants a quiet setting outside the city. With laundry in the main cabin, covered parking, and outdoor space, it is comfortable for everyday living while still giving you the feel of a mountain retreat.
There is also a separate tiny home on the property that can be included for the full-property rental price. The tiny home is unfurnished and has two sleeping lofts, a full kitchen with stove and dishwasher, and one bathroom. This could work well for extended family, guests, a home office, studio space, or someone who wants a little extra separation.
