We have had great tenants in the past and prioritize renting to kind-hearted people who communicate well and have a history of excellent renting!
We are organizing showings for early April. The suite will be available on May 15. $1600 plus 60% of utilities shared with the (amazing) downstairs tenant (based on square footage).
Utilities- BC Hydro (every two months), Fortis, Telus internet
City utilities (water, garbage, recycling and green waste) included. Driveway parking for one vehicle, lots of street parking available directly out front of the home. Washer/dryer in-unit. Small princess balcony. There is a front yard green space available to use, but not fenced, so this unit is not ideal for dogs. Litter box cats will be considered!
