We have a charming three bedroom farm house with a separate little studio room in South Langley, close to 248th ST and 16th AVE. Great parking on an acreage setting in South Langley. We are down to earth landlords but are looking for the right match to live in our little house. You must be clean, respectful, have full time, long term employment, great credit and excellent rental references, this will all be checked out thoroughly. Sorry no pets,might make an exception for one small dog, to many bad experiences. No smoking or vaping inside the house. Rent is $2100. We have a busy dog boarding kennel at the back of the property so there is certain hours of the day they are out in their yards, this has never bothered our tenants.
