Older professional couple in our 50s LOOKING FOR ACREAGE WITH DETACHED SHOP.
We are current homeowners in North Vancouver who have re located for first time in over 30 years as home owners to Fraser Valley for the quiet lifestyle.
We would be happy to view areas from Langley to Mission area. Husband is a Classic and Muscle car professional who is semi retired from his own business of 40 yrs in North Vancouver. We have sold our commercial building we had built to slow things down and enjoy doing projects for our own enjoyment. Pics of cars and building supplied to ensure you of who we are.
We are happy to upgrade your property as husband and wife have put in full modern kitchen, re landscaped, repaired older un complete buildings and newer modern shop were we are now as these were all un finished. We have currently been renting from a major development company in its B.C. holdings and they would be happy to act as our referral as this is the second property we have been in through them in the last 3 years. Unfortunately due to the company selling their holding properties we are looking for a more permanent or long term property.
We have great credit as our property in North Vancouver covers all our costs so we are keeping them as our family all own property and live on the North Shore.

Pictures will be supplied of current location of 2 years which we not only maintain for the developer but we cover all the suite rentals and billing for utilities so they just take in monthly income. We are more than happy to show who we are and how we treat our property and yours.
