Outside the suite entrance is a fenced in contained area with a little private covered patio area, the perfect place for a couple of chairs and your BBQ. Unfortunately, the use of the back yard is not included with this rental as the homeowners have a large dog and do not wish to share the space, but the adequate patio really helps to allow for some room for fresh air and sunshine.
The home is lovely with big windows that face the nicely groomed back lawn - it comes with fridge, glass top stove, dishwasher and private in-suite laundry. Enjoy the central A/C especially at this time of year.
3-person occupancy limit please and no smoking on the property. Off street parking is on the right side of the driveway for 1 vehicle but there is street parking for a second vehicle. Quick possession available. Utilities, water/sewer, and basic WiFi are included. Sorry no pets.
